Dassault Syst\u00e8mes\u2019 CEO Pascal Daloz becomes also Chairman of the Board of Directors <\/b>of Dassault Syst\u00e8mes<\/b><\/p>\n Dassault Syst\u00e8mes<\/a> (Euronext Paris: FR0014003TT8, DSY.PA) announces that Bernard Charl\u00e8s has informed the\u00a0Board of Directors, today and with immediate effect, that he is stepping down as Executive Chairman and member of the Board, for personal reasons.<\/p>\n The Board has unanimously decided that Pascal Daloz, Chief Executive Officer of Dassault Syst\u00e8mes, becomes Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, in line with the recommendation of the Compensation and Nomination Committee, as of February 21, 2026.<\/p>\n Pascal Daloz, Dassault Syst\u00e8mes\u2019 Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer commented :\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n \u201cI am honored to succeed Bernard Charl\u00e8s as Chairman of Dassault Syst\u00e8mes, in addition to my mission as CEO.
