(the \u201cCompany<\/u>\u201d), a special purpose acquisition company, today announced the closing of its initial public offering of 20,000,000 units at a price of $10.00 per unit. The units began trading on the Nasdaq Global Market (\u201cNasdaq<\/u>\u201d) under the ticker symbol \u201cVCICU\u201d on September 6, 2024. Each unit consists of one Class A ordinary share and one-half of one redeemable warrant of the Company. Each whole warrant entitles the holder thereof to purchase one Class A ordinary share of the Company at a price of $11.50 per share, subject to certain adjustments.
